- Hire items are not insured.Hire items damaged stolen or not returned will be charged to the hired at replacement cost.
- The hirer is reponsible for loss, damage or breakage of all items on collected goods until returned, or on delivered goods until collected.
- Orders are checked when packed and any damage or shortage will incur a charge.
- A deposit is charged on all items supplied by Party Decor and will be refunded when goods have been collected or returned in good condition.Deposit will be forfeited if goods are not returned in a clean condition.
- Late returns will be charged for at a daily rate. Day hire period is 24 hours
- Delivery and collection are extra.

- CLEANING - It is the condition of hire that all items hired from Party Decor will be returned in a clean condition. Items returned uncleaned will be cleaned by Party Decor (penalty Rates may apply) and the cost of cleaning will be charged to the hirer.
